Mr. Don RyanThe results are in and Google tops all enterprise IT vendors in customer advocacy. Roughly 22% of Google’s customers are advocates. For all vendors the average is roughly 15%. Microsoft and Cisco also score high. Advocates are the most involved customers of a brand so it figures that the higher the number of advocates, the higher the overall involvement with a brand. So what gives with Google?
