Saji currently manages the Asia-Pacific and Middle East operations. His experience spans nearly 25 years including many in strategic consulting in the areas of customer loyalty and advocacy, advertising tracking, brand equity research, B2B customer satisfaction and Shopper research and insights.  Saji began his career with the Gallup Organization and prior to joining Market Probe in Singapore, he held senior positions at several leading global marketing research firms in the US and Australia.

He leads client consultations and oversees design, implementation and management of customer satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy practices in both the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions.  He focuses on providing clients with insightful and effective growth strategies, covering such diverse industries as Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Consumer Electronics and Travel & Tourism.

His client experience also spans the globe, including such Fortune 100 firms as Procter & Gamble, General Motors, IBM, Intel, Agilent Technologies, Anheuser-Busch, Kimberly Clark, Nestle, Samsung Electronics, Fuji-Xerox, CIGNA and more.  His category experience encompasses Finance, High-Tech, Consumer Electronics, Telecom, Automotive & Industrial, Airline & Transportation, FMCG, Retail, and Media & Entertainment industries.

Saji is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars throughout the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions, and holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Statistics from Madras University in India.  He has also completed all relevant course work for a Ph.D. degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Nebraska in the United States.
